Mild Steel 1300 Diameter Incinerator

This job was produced for a large waste management company.

This fabrication took 3 weeks to produce from order to delivery.

Made from 3mm and 5mm sheet steel, 100x50 pfc, 60x60x6 rsa, 50x15 flat bar.

This fabrication measures 1300mm diameter, 2500mm long with a double hinged door for loading and access. It has a folded air tight chamber on the side which will be used for air induction. There is also a branch on top to support a 12m chimney stack. All work including cutting, rolling, drilling, bending and welding were done in house except for the rolling the main shell for the body, which was done by Barnshaws Bending Centre in Manchester.
